9.50am Registration; write out name badges for each person; Allocate each child into a team: Caroline = Team 1 Adevăr - Truth; Anna = Team 2 Credință - Faith; Beth = Team 3 Pace - Peace; Brian = Team 4 Salvare - Salvation
10:00 - 11:00 SESSION 1 - Song* & Icebreaker Game "True or False" , followed by 'The Belt Of Truth'(Ephesians 6:14a) & Activity - making a bead bracelet based on the colours and message of the 'Gospel Bracelet' (Caroline & Beth)
11:00 - 11:15 Break & Light refreshment.
11:15 - 12:30 SESSION 2 Craft: "Team Name Banner": Each team make and decorate a banner with their team name
12:30 - 13:45 Lunch followed by Nail painting and games (Bubbles; Twister; Hoola-hoops; Frisbees; Boomerangs; Throwing a ball into a bucket to score points)
13:45 - 14:30 SESSION 3 - 'The Breastplate of Righteousness' (Ephesians 6:14b) & Activity - write "Sin" on post-it note and stick it to the Cross, in exchange for a Jesus Loves You message to wear as a breastplate (Anna)
14:30 - 14:45 Break & Light refreshment. (Ceai - Tea & Jammie Dodgers)
14:45 - 15:15 Review, Song* & Introduce the Prayer Tree & Prayer Jar
15:15 - 16:00 SESSION 4 - Making a bead 'Name Bracelet' (Brian) & Finish

10:00 - 11:00 SESSION 5 - Song* and Icebreaker Game: Two teams racing against each other where one member of the team leads the other blindfolded around an obstacle course - the blindfolded person has to rely upon the sighted person for guidance, followed by 'The Shoes Of The Gospel of Peace' (Ephesians 6:15) & Activity - draw and colour the shoes the Roman soldier would have worn (Caroline & Beth)
11:15 - 12:30 SESSION 6 - Craft Stations
i) Make a DIY duct-tape Belt, ii) Make a picture-frame with lollysticks iii) Decorate a foam foot iv) Make a plastic straw necklace
12:30 - 13:45 Lunch followed by Face painting and games (Tug of war rope game; Bubbles; Hoola-hoops; Frisbees; Throwing a ball into a bucket to score points)
13:45 - 14:30 SESSION 7 - 'The Shield Of Faith' (Ephesians 6:16) & Colouring Roman Soldier holding a shield (Brian)
14:30 - 14:45 Break & Light refreshment.
14:45 - 15:15 Review, Song* & Prayer
15:15 - 16:00 SESSION 8 Play dough Charades (Beth) & Finish

9am GB Team meets for prayer and preparation
10:00 - 11:00 SESSION 9 - Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving and Icebreaker Game: Two teams racing against each other guiding a ball around an obstacle course, winner is the first one across the finishing line. Followed by 'The Helmet of Salvation' (Ephesians 6:17a) & Activity, build a helmet on a balloon using scraps of paper, cardboard, sticky tape to see whether it will withstand the pin test! (Caroline & Beth) Followed by in teams, up'n'under balloon game
11:00 - 11:15 Break & Light refreshment.
11:15 - 12:30 SESSION 10 - Craft Stations
i) Make a gift box and decorate it ii) Pretty Butterflies made from a paper towel dipped in a food colouring solution iii) Initial collage iv) Make and decorate a masquerade mask.
12:30 - 13:45 Lunch followed by Face painting, Nail painting and games (noisy balloons and bubbles)
13:45 - 14:30 SESSION 11 - Sword of the Spirit - Word Of God (Ephesians 6:17b) & Activity: 'Sword drill verses' (Brian)
14:30 - 14:45 Break & Light refreshment.
14:45 - 15:15 Review, Song* & Prayer**
15:15 - 16:00 SESSION 12 In the teams, making and throwing paper planes - How far will yours fly? & Finish.- Distribute a Gift Bag to each child with a personalised encouragement note followed by a final Hokey-Cokey
